Our commitment

Charles Poag Realty is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard, and we treat every round of updates as a chance to close gaps.

What we've built for

  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable without a mouse.
  • Screen reader support — semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and descriptive link text.
  • Color contrast — text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA ratios against our brand palette.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animations and transitions soften when the user has requested reduced motion.
  • Responsive design — layouts adapt from small phones up to large desktops without horizontal scrolling.
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images, with decorative imagery marked appropriately.

Known gaps + ongoing work

This is a new site. We are actively auditing against WCAG 2.1 AA and will update this statement as we close specific items. If you run into a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can fix it quickly.
